Overview
Webtrade, one of Ireland’s leading website design and development companies has a vacancy for a Project Manager/ Team Leader. This role will suit an individual who is ambitious, extremely professional and well organised.
Detailed Description:
The Role:
As leader of the Project Management team, you will have overall responsibility for day-to-day project management and dealing with Webtrade’s clients. You will be expected to oversee planning schedules for all design and development staff to ensure timely and professional responses tour customers.
Responsibility:
· Direct Project Management of a portfolio of larger web development clients;
· Management of in-house team of design, development and other project management staff;
· Overall responsibility for the quality of work performed;
· Ensuring client queries and management of client expectations is met to the highest standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent Organisational and Communication skills a must.
- 2+ Years previous experience in a Project Management Position.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Previous experience in setting up and managing correct work processes;
- Proven ability in team motivation an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Web Development Company an advantage.
- Good commercial awareness
The rewards:
