From the Tools menu, select Accounts Thw wizard will now appear. Enter your name as you would like it to appear on you outgoing messages. This should bring up the Internet Accounts screen, select Add then Mail The email internet connection wizard will now appear. Enter your name as you would like it to appear on you outgoing messages. Next enter your email address. For example your domain could be 'somebody.com' and you are setting up the email account for joe@somebody.com. You will now need to provide the email server information. Select POP3 for the incoming mail server type and the server information will need to be specified as follows: Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.your-domain, e.g mail.webtrade.ie Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.your-domain, e.g mail.webtrade.ie Next enter the username and password corresponding to the email account, note that your username should be your full email address, e.g. youraddress@webtrade.ie Click the Finish button and your Webtrade Mail email account would be added.
