From the Tools menu, select Services This should bring up the Services window. If you have an Internet E-mail profile already and need to set it up to work with a new account, then click the Properties button. If you do not yet have an Internet E-mail profile or would like to setup an additional one, click the Add button. Select Internet E-mail and click OK First, fill out necessary information under the General tab. Enter your name as you would it displayed in your email messages. Under the Servers tab, fill out these fields: Set the Incoming AND Outgoing mail server to mail.your-domain, e.g. mail.webtrade.ie. Input the username and password given to you by Webtrade. Your username is your full email address, e.g. youraddress@webtrade.ie. Check the Remember password box if you want Outlook to check your email without prompting for a password. Click OK when you have entered all the required information. Click OK to confirm your additions/changes. You will need to restart Outlook now.
