Role:

As a Web Developer at Webtrade you will work along side our existing development team in a structured environment in developing both our .NET content management system and client web-based projects using ASP.NET, C#, Object Orientated design and visual studio 2005.

The role will involve both R&D and working on a variety of challenging and interesting web based projects for a wide range of high profiled public and private sector organisations, with excellent career growth potential.

Key Proficiencies:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 yrs solid commercial experience developing websites and web-based applications with a minimum of 2 years experience in ASP.NET / C# with and development experience.

You should have a strong technical background and direct experience on commercial web development projects involving database technology, including content management systems, retail e-commerce sites, Internet payment methods, and web security issues. You must have experienced managing the building, operation, and maintenance of Internet sites.
 
Essential Requirements:

• ASP.NET
• Object Orientated design in C#
• AJAX
• Team Foundation Server or SourceSafe 
• SQL Server

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• JavaScript / CSS
• Transact-SQL 
• XML/ XSL 
• WAI Accessibility Requirements/Standards 
• ASP
