From the Tools menu, select Accounts
This should bring up the Internet Accounts screen, select Add then Mail
The email internet connection wizard will now appear. Enter your name as you would like it to appear on you outgoing messages.
Next enter your email address.
For example your domain could be 'somebody.com' and you are setting up the email account for email@example.com.
You will now need to provide the email server information. Select POP3 for the incoming mail server type and the server information will need to be specified as follows:
Next enter the username and password corresponding to the email account
Click the Finish button and your email account would be added.
