Webtrade has launched the new website design for the Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants.
The AHCPS is a registered trade union affiliated to the Irish Congress of Trade Unions and represents over 3,000 senior civil servants and managers in the commercial and non-commercial State sector.
Webtrade carried out the website design and development, and powers the site with our Siternity™ Content Management System product, giving AHCPS administrative staff full control over all site sections, content, documents, and photos on the site, plus a guarantee that they're always using the latest version of the CMS.
The site has been built with user accessibility and usability in mind, with CSS design layouts and features such as a text resizing control, a high contrast linearised text version, and a full website search.
Webtrade worked closely with Marketing & Communications Consultant, Helen Murray, who acted as an excellent main client point of contact for the design project. Helen looked after content writing, editing and sourcing requirements for the website, and carried out all content upload following our Siternity CMS training, ensuring complete ease of sign off from the client.
The new website provides AHCPS members with a wide range of information related to pay, employment, travel, topical public sector issues, plus services and discounts for insurance, financial and legal services.
