Its aim is to:

- To provide an increased focus on logistics and transport and we heighten awareness to logistics issues.
- To stimulate and facilitate improvement in logistics and supply chain quality for small and large businesses throughout all of Ireland.
- To provide the best in web design & usability best practice.
The new feature of the website include:
- A new Knowledge Base Database where users can access various journal papers, NITL publications and research output from the academic research faculty of NITL.
- A special personalised login area for students when they can view course materials, exam results & schedule of events.
- The ability to join the Institute's mailing list and keep up-to-date on upcoming events, along with a section on advice & support.
